After upgrading to macOS Monterey some users get an error message on startup and are requested to enter a new password for worksparse.sparsebundle.
To fix this, please take the following steps:
- Quit SimpleumSafe
- Please update SimpleumSafe at least to version 2.9.5
- Start the “Keychain Management” program
- Search for worksparse.sparsebundle
- Delete all entries found
- Start SimpleumSafe. Now a query appears again, which you have to confirm with your Mac’s system password.
