Instructions for using the integrity checker

To ensure that no files are missing when synchronizing your data and that both the upload and download are completed, it is sometimes necessary to run an integrity check. This guide will walk you through the process of using the Integrity Checker on iOS to identify and fix sync errors.

Steps to perform integrity check

  1. Open Safe: Launch the application and open the corresponding safe where your files are stored.

  2. Select Service > Check Integrity: Navigate to “Service” in the menu and select the “Check Integrity” option. This opens the integrity checker functions.

  3. Select “Check for synchronization errors”: In the next step, select the “Check for synchronization errors” option. This initiates the search for any errors that may have occurred during the synchronization processes.

  4. Press “Check” at the top: To start the check, press the “Check” button at the top of the screen. The integrity check now begins and checks your files for completeness and errors.

After the exam

Check results: When the check is complete and errors are discovered, a log is created. It is important to read through this log to understand which files may still need to be uploaded or downloaded and whether any other errors were found.
